Todd Parsons was formerly the Chief Operating Officer of Give & Go Prepared Foods, a private equity owned, fast growing specialty frozen baked goods company. He is credited with overseeing Give & Go's highly profitable growth in revenues to over $200 million through multiple plant additions, expansions and acquisition integrations. Todd joined Give & Go in 2004 as CFO and SVP Operations. In 2014, Todd was awarded the EY Entrepreneur of the Year for the food and Hospitality category. Prior to Give & Go, Todd was General Manager of Sur-Gain, a $600 million division of Maple Leaf Foods, where he doubled profit during his tenure. Todd is an accomplished operator known for building and motivating talented management teams, solving business issues and turning around under-performing operations.
Todd is currently a director of Pintys Delicious Foods, Lannko Holdings of Port Huron and Provincial Agencies of St. Johns Newfoundland. He is nationally ranked for shooting sports in Canada and the US and is an avid ballroom and Latin dancer.
