Brookside Sells - CAI Acquires ATS

TORONTO, September 3, 2021 – Brookside Capital Partners is pleased to announce today that they, together with management, have completed the sale of ATS Services Ltd. to an entity controlled by CAI Partners (Vancouver).  

The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
 

Over the course of its investment, Brookside supported management's efforts to build out and expand its service sites across Canada, increase its instrumentation sales, and improve internal systems and processes.
