Niels Erik Hansen, Ph.D., is CEO of ARxIUM, an industry-leading developer of pharmacy automation and workflow solutions, generating over $100 million in revenue.  Niels Erik has led companies as CEO, President and COO in the electronics, fluid management and healthcare industries.  

In 2004 Niels Erik partnered with private equity investors to acquire Vansco Electronics from the founder.  Niels Erik led a global acquisition growth plan that created one of the first independent global suppliers of electronic controls and sensors for the heavy mobile equipment industry. Acquisitions were completed in the U.S. and Europe and both acquisitions were integrated before we sold the company to a strategic acquirer in 2008.  

He previously served as an Executive Vice President of Work Function & Control Product of Sauer-Danfoss Inc., a global provider of mobile hydraulic equipment to the agriculture, construction and off road vehicle markets.
