Brookside Invests in Formula Solutions

TORONTO, January 31, 2023 – Brookside Capital Partners is pleased to announce today that they  have acquired minority ownership in Formula Solutions Inc. (FSI).    

Brookside's investment provides additional underpinning to support the robust automation, industrialization, and quality of FSI's engineered carbon fiber products.  The Company is aggressively building out its production capacity, and looks to broaden the airframes it operates on and extend its client set, all while developing innovative aerospace parts.
